A Hawk headed god appeared vividly behind my eyelids. I had no choice but to realize I was on the right path. This was my sign at last. It wasn't the first one this week. I'd written a tumblr post about my Uncle Paul smoking Pall Mall cigarettes. I'd stopped for gas and someone who looked just like an older version of this fictional uncle was using the other side of the same pump. We made eye contact. I noticed his lumber company Carhart jacket. Opposite of the "Yord's Lumber" logo was his cursive monogram. "Paul." He went into the Wawa to pre-pay for his gas. I swiped my debit card and started pumping some low-octane. He came back out with a carton of Pall Mall's. My head swam a bit. Didn't I create this person based on a photo randomly found for sale on eBay some two years ago?

I'd heard Grant Morrison talk about something like this but he invented girls he wanted to fuck and people he wanted to be in his stories. This wasn't a story I'd written. It was two sentences and a picture of a guy giving an obscene gesture. I was making this happen.

Now it's time to win the lotto, for Grammie of course.

Death Note

It has been some time since I've watch any Anime that has really interested me. I guess Neon Genesis Evangelion was the last one I really liked. Death Note has really caught my interest. A fascinating story that can be watched in it's entirety on Hulu, a great new way to watch "Television".

At the same time I've been watching this series, I've been listening to Valis by P.K. Dick in audio book format. Horselover Fat's friend Kevin quotes this bible verse at him in reference to Ferris F. Fremount, who is an amalgamation of Richard M. Nixon whom is an/the Antichrist unseated by the Dogan/V.A.L.I.S./Gnostics and it describes the story arc of Death Note and main protagonist/villain, Light Yagami very well:

"In the last days of those kingdoms, When their sin is at its height, A king shall appear, harsh and grim, a master of stratagem. His power shall be great, he shall work havoc untold; He shall work havoc among great nations and upon a holy people. I stumbled upon the BBC documentary "Kurt and Courtney" posted on YouTube and decided to watch. I've never been a huge Nirvana fan, but can recognize their brilliance. I'm not sure why I really watched it. I was touched by the parts with Kurt's aunt and slightly disturbed the scenes with Courtney's father.

The same evening I had finished watching this multipart video on the innernets, I jumped into my TiVo Guide and saw that VH1 was airing a new documentary about Courtney Love. Deciding to ride this cosmic wave out, I set it to record.

Watching the show a few days after its airing, I notice Courtney is wearing a golden Fleur-de-lis pendent necklace. She is wearing a Fleur-de-lis while telling this BBC filmmaker(is it the same one who made Kurt and Courtney?) about her estranged father Hank Harrison's book on "The Cauldron and the Grail (Grail Triology, Vol. 1)".

One thing I got out of both films is that Courtney always seems to have an agenda. Perhaps her agenda is now to restore the Holy royal bloodline? Or maybe she is a new Mary Magdalene and Kurt another dead King.

Fuck...I need some sleep. Visions of Templars dancing in my caput M.

Powerful weird day. I had the song Judith by A Perfect Circle pop into my head. I started my car and the very verse I was singing was on the radio. Maybe my fillings were tuned to that frequency.
